it's been ten day's since i last posted.wow, usually don't go so long, though it happens from time to time.
i'm feeling, well i want to say awesome but that would be lying because i'm tired.
i keep falling asleep in the early evening, and my mother, bless her heart wakes me up when someone calls several hours later.
this wouldn't be a problem, except it prevents me from sleeping at night.
so i lay awake, read or surf around the internet and by morning catch one or two hours of sleep before having to wake up for the nurse.
I can sit at length now, and i've started going back into to work again in the afternoons for a few hours at a time.
i'm almost better, just a little while longer.
i do want to say to teej and hell everybody, jayc, joel and dee, ryan and megs, tom, bruch and annette, thanks for all the well wishes. it's nice to know that you folks are out there thinking about me.
and teej, it was a trifle bit a pain, there are alot of folks out there that have it way worse than i did. i'm not a hero, just a pansy with that got tore a new asshole.
there is one thing that is good about being laid up, i was able to read all the harry potter books, some for the second time.
that half blood prince book as got me anticipating the next one.
i've figured it out, by the time i finish 'wicked' (which i started before the hospital, but wasn't very far into) i'll have read ten books this last month.
nothing real impressive, i used to plow through twice that number in my youth, but for me any more that's something.
i have a shitload of books to read that i haven't read.
going to give 'stand on zanzibar' another go, though it's a little bit of a tough read (something unusual in a sci-fi book) and it's hi-time i reread a couple of my old favorites again: 'lord of the rings' (yeah, i read it every four or five years) and 'dune'
then it's on to new pastures.
ERIC glad to see you post man.
you weren't kidding when you said you hated new years, that holiday spoiled you from writing for nearly eight months, lets see some more.
OOOOOH 'sin city' tonight/today... man i'm stoked, hey tom, bring that shit over tomorrow night, or come get me so we can watch it.
