The Pillowman
Kachturian and his mentally disabled brother Michael are citizens of an unnamed totalitarian state who've been taken in for questioning about brutal child-murders that have been happening in their city. Kachturian, an aspiring writer, has penned several short stories that bear a striking resemblance to the murders, and the officers Topolsky and Ariel are convinced that he and his brother are hiding something.A well paced, intense play that isn't for the faint of heart. The dialogue and the story (and stories with in the play) will both fascinate and horrify you.
